Refund policy

At MWEdisplay, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our display products require careful preparation, assembly, testing, packaging, and delivery arrangements. For questions about a return or refund, please email support@marveltechgroup.com with your order number and the reason for contacting us.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We do not offer an unconditional change-of-mind return or refund for a non-defective product after it has been shipped and delivered. Except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel, a return of a non-defective product requires our prior written approval. This policy does not limit your rights if a product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. If you experience one of those issues, contact us with your order number, a description, and relevant photos so we can provide a remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Approved Voluntary Returns

For an approved voluntary return of a non-defective product, the product must be complete with all accessories and returned in its original protective packaging. After it reaches our designated warehouse, we will inspect it and accept the return only if it is suitable for resale in its applicable condition category: unopened, opened but unused, or opened and used. A voluntary return may be declined if the product is incomplete, damaged, or not suitable for resale. These conditions do not restrict any statutory cancellation or product-quality rights.

What Will It Cost? — U.S. Orders Only

For an approved voluntary return of a non-defective product delivered to a U.S. address, a return handling fee will be deducted from the eligible refund according to the product's condition on return:

Opened, Used — product installed or used but complete, functional, undamaged, and suitable for resale	30%

Note:

• The percentage is calculated on the price actually paid for the returned product after discounts, excluding sales tax and any separately charged shipping.
• The return handling fee covers order preparation, assembly, inspection, and original outbound delivery. These costs will not be deducted a second time.
• The return handling fee does not include return shipping. The customer must arrange and pay for shipping the product to our designated warehouse.
• The percentages above are the standard maximum fees for their respective condition categories. We may reduce or waive the applicable fee based on the circumstances of an individual order. A higher fee applies only if its amount or calculation method was clearly disclosed to and accepted by the customer before purchase.
• We will confirm the applicable condition category, final fee, and estimated refund in writing before the customer ships an approved voluntary return. If inspection finds a materially different condition, we will explain any change to the applicable published category before finalizing the refund.
• This fee applies only where its terms were clearly disclosed before purchase and where permitted by applicable law. It does not apply to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Return Shipping and Warehouse Address

For a non-defective product returned because of a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase. Contact us before sending the product back. We will provide the designated warehouse address and return instructions for your order. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service and protective packaging. Do not send a return to an address on this website without first receiving the return instructions for your order.

Consumer Orders Delivered to the EU or UK

Where a statutory right to cancel applies, an eligible consumer may cancel an online order without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless a legal exception applies. The consumer must notify us of the cancellation and send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Prior approval is not required to exercise this statutory right.

For a non-defective product, the consumer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods to the designated warehouse address we provide, provided this responsibility was disclosed before purchase. For bulky goods that cannot normally be returned by post, a return-cost estimate must also have been provided before purchase where required by law. The U.S. return handling fee does not apply. Refunds, including any standard original delivery charge that must be reimbursed, will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe. Any reduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods will be assessed only as permitted by law. Ordinary assembly of a standard product does not, by itself, make it a customized product.

Other Destinations

The U.S. return handling fee does not apply to orders delivered outside the United States. Returns and refunds are subject to applicable local law and, where no statutory return right applies, our prior written approval.

Refunds & Credits

For approved voluntary returns, please allow 1–2 weeks after receipt and inspection for us to process the refund to the original payment method. Statutory refund deadlines take precedence. We will provide an explanation of any lawful deduction before finalizing the refund.

Non-returnable Items

Subject to applicable law, we do not accept voluntary returns of custom displays or products made to a customer's specifications, including orders with custom text, imprinting, or graphics, or completed digital signage content-creation services. This does not affect rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.
